The wine has a pale straw colour with a green tinge. The intense aromas of tropical fruit and is well supported by an elegant vanilla and nutty bouquet. The palate is rich and vibrant with layers of sundried fruits, nougat and a lemony aftertaste. The rich and ripe flavours are in perfect harmony with the zesty minerality.

Serve this delightful Chenin with rich seafood dishes such as seared Tuna with balsamic reduction, flame grilled line fish with a lemon butter and grilled vegetables or West Coast mussels in a creamy white wine sauce.

Star light hue with shades of green. Sweet tropical fruit invites you on the nose. This is followed by intense passion fruit aromas well supported by hints of green pepper and typical Sauvignon Blanc herbaceousness. The palate is fresh and lively with loads of summer flavours and a clean, crisp finish.

Light vegetarian pasta with fresh Allée Bleue herbs. Scallops in a fresh citrus jus topped with marinated orange peel.

Tasting notes

Lovely cherry blossom colour. Fruit driven style with abundant sweet strawberry and rose petal aromas. Also a hint of spiciness that derives from the Shiraz grapes. The palate reminiscent of candy floss with hints of raspberry. A well balanced and cheerful Rose.

Recommended food pairing

On its own. Salami topped bruschetta. Lamb skewered onto rosemary stalks and grilled over a smokey fire.

Winemaker’s notes

A deep ruby red colour. Intense flavours of fynbos, mint and in particular, blueberry welcome you on the nose, followed by aromas of cinnamon, lead pencil and dark chocolate. The palate is full flavoured with ripe cherries and a spicy undertone. All these are then beautifully wrapped in supple tannins which give this wine great balance and elegance.

Recommended food pairing

A elegant and stylish wine that will pair beautifully with Fillet Mignon and Bèarnaise Sauce or roast leg of lamb with rosemary sprigs and baby potatoes.

The palate is silky with elegant flavours of summer fruits and lingering lemon aftertaste. The wine is in perfect balance and will age beautifully over the next 2-4 years.

Serve with Thai Style duck breast with a ginger jus and stir fried noodles. Chicken and a light saffron sauce with a side salad.

Intense deep red colour. Powerful bouquet of violets, cinnamon and chocolate followed by ripe cherries. The palate is smooth and silky, packed with berry fruit and spicy nuances.

Ostrich kebabs basted with redcurrant jelly and freshly ground pink peppercorns, finished with a Shiraz reduction. Medallions of Springbok rubbed with cumin and flash roasted – served with spiced beetroot.

Winemaker’s notes

Intense brick red color. Upfront fruit reminding of ripe cherries and strawberries. Followed by sweet vanilla pods and some liquorice which are all true to the cultivar. The palate is rich ,soft and very elegant. A full flavored Pinotage which reflects the terroir and the cultivar. Will aged well over the next 3-5 years.

Recommended food pairing

The wine is ideal for Springbok lion Beef Wellington with a berry jus and glazed vegetables.
